CNA-1 Training is a 115-hour-long program offered throughout the year. Our 4-weeks and 3-days program is cost-effective and will prepare students for an entry-level position in the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
SERENITY NURSE AIDE ACADEMY PRICE LIST (effective January 1, 2025.)
Before they can proceed to our CNA training in Charlotte, North Carolina, prospective students must be 17 years old or older and provide the following:
- Completed Application Form Along with an Application Fee of $50.00 (non-refundable)
- High School Only Transcript
- High School Equivalency (GED)
- Two Forms of Identification (i.e., Driver License and Social Security Card)
- Criminal Background Check $45.00 (extra, if we do the background check)
- Tuberculosis Test $35.00 (extra if we give the TB Test)
- Physical (cannot be over a year old by the time you start class)
- Hepatitis B shot $85.00 (extra if we give the Hepatitis shot)
- Uniform $35.00
- Shoes $15.00
- Blood Pressure Set $40.00
- CPR Class/Card $40.00
- State Exam $140.00 payable to Credentia. Please do not include the exam fee with your payment, it must be paid directly to Credentia once you have successfully completed the course
- Tuition $750.00 (includes book)
- Current COVID-19 Test (can’t be over 5 days old by the time you start class)
Classes are from Monday through Friday for a 4-weeks and 3-days period. Class times are as follows:
- Morning classes are from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm
- Evening classes are from 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm
Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. All fees and paperwork must be submitted before the class begins. Fees may be paid in the form of money order, debit or credit card, and PayPal.

CNA I Refresher Course
Requirements:
- Must be 17 years or older
- Current ID/Social Security Card
- Current COVID-19 Test (can’t be over 5 days old by the time you start class)
- Show proof of expired Nurse Aide Listing or previous Nurse Aide Certification
Tuition for the class. This includes:
- Student Expenses

*There is no cellphone usage during class. If the instructor sees you using your cellphone, it will be confiscated and returned to you at the end of class.
CNA I — $1,085.00

CNA II — $750.00

CPR AND CPR CARD — $25.00
- $30.00 for students
- $5.00 for initial card
- $10.00 for replacement card
- $40.00 for non-students
MEDICATION AIDE — $300.00
- $50.00 non-refundable registration fee is paid when the application is submitted
- $250.00 for the tuition fee

MEDICATION TECH — $250.00
- $50.00 non-refundable registration fee is paid when the application is submitted
- $200.00 for the tuition fee

PHLEBOTOMY — $1,010.00
- $50.00 non-refundable registration fee is paid when the application is submitted
- $910.00 for the tuition fee
- $50.00 for the phlebotomy textbook
*Fees will be paid in cash, money order, cashier’s, or online check only. Full payment of tuition and books may be made on the first day of class. Students are responsible for National Phlebotomy Certification Exam fee, uniforms, and other materials.
Medical Assistant – $3,025.00
- $50.00 non-refundable registration fee is paid when the application is submitted
- $2,925.00 for the tuition fees
- $50.00 for the textbook
