CNA-1 Training is a 115 hour-long program offered throughout the year. Our 4-week program is cost-effective and will prepare students for an entry-level position in the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
SERENITY NURSE AIDE ACADEMY REQUIREMENTS AND COSTS (effective January 1, 2025.)
Before they can proceed to our CNA training in Charlotte, North Carolina, prospective students must be 17 years old or older and provide the following:
- Completed Application Form Along with an Application Fee of $50.00
- High School Transcript (WITH ACTUAL GRADUATION DATE PRINTED)
- High School Equivalency (GED)
- Valid Driver’s License and signed Social Security card)
- Criminal Background Check (We will conduct one for you)
- Proof of a negative Tuberculosis test performed within the last year ($35.00 if performed by Serenity staff)
- Physical evaluation (cannot be over a year old by the time you start class)
- Updated Hepatitis B vaccine (Must have been administered within the last 10 years)
- Tuition including book $750
- Background check $45(waived if you provide your own conducted within 30 days prior to the class start date)
- Lab fee $30
- CPR $40(waived if you have already obtained one. Must not be expired by the class start date)

- Uniform $35 (One included with course payment)

Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. All fees and paperwork must be submitted before ONE WEEK before class start date. Fees may be paid in the form of Zelle(Serenitynursing2@gmail.com), money order, debit or credit card (Through website only), and PayPal.

Requirements:
*There is no cellphone usage during class. If the instructor sees you using your cellphone, it will be confiscated and returned to you at the end of class.

*Fees will be paid in cash, money order, cashier’s, or online check only. Full payment of tuition and books may be made on the first day of class. Students are responsible for National Phlebotomy Certification Exam fee, uniforms, and other materials.
